BRIEF INTRODUCTION
When the entire country was debating on the controversy on recent comments made by the chairman of L&T, S. N. Subrahmanyan, where he advocated for employees to work on Sunday, our team at Yantriksh was coding 16 hours/day including Sunday for a purpose.
Our team was on the coding marathon to complete a project that was almost impossible to accomplish in given deadline which we successfully accomplished what other companies would take indefinite time most probably failed as we developed completely new technology that was non-existed before.

While the entire country was debating the recent comments made by an industry leader—where he advocated for employees to work on Sundays—our team at Yantriksh was engaged in something far more meaningful. We were coding 16 hours a day, including Sundays, not because someone forced us, but because we had a mission—to build something groundbreaking that had never existed before.
Our journey was nothing short of a coding marathon. The project we undertook seemed almost impossible given the tight deadline, but against all odds, we accomplished what others would have deemed infeasible. While other companies might have taken an indefinite amount of time or possibly failed, we succeeded by developing entirely new technology, pushing the boundaries of innovation beyond existing standards.
The recent discourse on working hours in India has been disheartening. When industry leaders discuss extended working hours in the name of national growth, they often fail to address critical issues such as mental health and fair compensation. It appears that many of these leaders have lost sight of the bigger picture—India's vast and diverse workforce. Just because some employees refuse to work under exploitative conditions does not mean that innovation and progress have come to a halt. At Yantriksh, we are not just working; we are creating world-class technologies that originate from Bihar and are making a positive impact.
Many companies often present themselves as the flag bearers of India's technological progress. However, many employees have voiced concerns about their toxic work cultures, lack of salary hikes, poor appraisals, and stagnated career growth. Why would anyone stay in an environment where personal and professional growth is stifled?
Some of these companies have undeniably contributed to the IT sector, but they have yet to produce a singular, world-changing innovation. Instead, they have played a significant role in shaping industries and economies. At Yantriksh, we aim to take this a step further. We are not just another IT company; we are on a mission to develop groundbreaking technologies that redefine industries and set new global benchmarks.
Our commitment at Yantriksh is clear—we are here to create, innovate, and lead. Our recent projects are not just making headlines; they are setting new standards. While some companies focus on self-promotion under the guise of national pride, we believe in real impact. True progress is not measured by hours worked but by the quality and significance of what is built.
Go visit Gopalganj Police and Motihari Police on Google Play Store and read those 5-star reviews. You'll realize that each review is worth billions of dollars because the technologies that we've built are bringing back hope to the people whose lives and careers were at a halt due to delayed law & order delivery. Anyone could have built this technology—actually, several other district police have built it from their vendor companies—but most of their technologies failed because they were poorly designed. It's not the district police who have failed; rather, it is the companies with similar views as those industry leaders, who focus only on profit rather than quality and impact. If those companies have delivered quality to those district police then their technologies would also be changing lives today.
I suggest they spend a day with an IAS or IPS officer; then they'll think before speaking about working hours. There are still several grassroots problems that need to be fixed for the growth of our nation—something these companies have never touched.
In the end, it is not about how long we work, but why we work. And at Yantriksh, we work to make a difference.
